Program objective

Graduate ready to work as an entry-level Nursing Assistant and sit for Florida CNA certification, with a 40-hour supervised clinical externship under a Registered Nurse.

The Nursing Assistant program trains you in every core aspect of long-term and bedside patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will practice real skills in our labs and complete a 40-hour clinical externship in a nursing facility, then prepare for the Florida CNA competency exam — which you can take right here at our approved in-school testing site.
